The colors in this cave are amazing!

Well one lucky fairy did have that honour. Her name was Fairy Moon. "Yes", the cave was named after her.

Her father was Frank Moon who discovered the cave in 1907. They were refused permission to have the wedding in the cave but sneaked up there early in the morning and had it any way. Unfortunately I don't have the photograph with her sitting in hole seen above, but here is one of the wedding party.

This photograph was in a book the park ranger showed me and I took a photograph of it using my digital camera.
