The Overflow
A wooden plaque simply bearing the brightly painted picture of a mug overflowing with ale and spilling down its sides hangs above the door -- likely how the tavern accquired its name. The stone walls bear blackened scars of a fire that once likely consumed the structure at one point in its past. Some light flickers from behind the two darkened windows set in the walls as well as from under the wooden door. As you push the doors open, a sticky film remains on your hands which only seems to spread onto your pants as you attempt to wipe it clean. The smell of old ale, vomit, and other bodily fluids assault your nose as soon as you enter. The candles that illuminate the large common room shows several small tables, mostly occupied by groups of two or three as well as a bar off to the right. A few pairs of eyes look up at your entrance, mostly of them blurred with the haze of drunkeness. A large Oeridian man behind the bar also looks up at your entrance with some suspicion, "Whad'll ya have?"

The Singing Frog Sanctuary
The sign on the thick stone archway above the door has a circular emblem depicting a croaking frog sitting on a dark rock surrounded by a glistening pool of gently rippling water. Below the emblem is written:

The Singing Frog Sanctuary
You may come in to talk or listen, or simply sit.
We would appreciate it if you would also sample our fare.
Ask Kother about our specialties.
All weapons must be checked at the door.
The Signing Frog Sancutary is open from sunset until dawn.

Moving closer to the entrance, unnoticed at first, is a crippled old man sitting on the ground who looks up at your approach with a glint of hope in his eyes, "Sum coin fer a sick man, m'lord?"

Pulling open the thick wooden door to the tavern, light from inside spills out into the oncoming night. Having opened not too long ago with the setting of the sun, it is already surprisingly full. Stepping in, you see a large common area with some 15 tables and a bar further alongside the right wall. You check your weapons with a young Oeridian man at a small table to your right where they are placed into a cabinet along the wall. "Need anythin' else?" he asks.
