| Basics Now... here are the basic problems! -If you wanna train, just goto my chat room and train by your self or with someone! -How? Easy, just start of with a power up action! Then act like your fighting or do whatever you want! -ok...now what? Just mark down the time you started and ended! Then e-mail it to me! Ill e-mail you back with power you gained! -im to busy for that you say? Just ask me to train you then, ill do training results for you but you gain less power but you still gain some and you didnt even have to nothing!
