1) PROBATION - PROBATION IS THE LESSER SENTENCE, YOUR STATS AND MEMBERSHIP WILL BE REVOKED UNTILL YOU PROVE THAT YOU ARE TRUST WORTHY AGIN!
2) TOTAL DELETION - IF YOU CHEAT BEYOND COMPREHENSION YOU WILL BE DELETED FOREVER AND SHAMED, YOUU WILL BE THE LAUGHING STOCK OF THE UNIVERSE SO DONT CHEAT!!!

1. You start off with $5000 and every fight you win you recieve an additional $1000. This money can only be used at the items shop.
2. You start off with 1,000hp and every fight you win you get 100 hp. None is awarded for ties. (Every 4 fight you win you get another move. The move Must be chosen the day the last fight was fought though)
3. Every time you win a battle you also get 100 points to distribute between your stats. 4. If you lose a battle you don't lose anything.
5. You get 40 points per day of training and you can only train 3 days a week. Training is only between mondays and thursday because the weekends are when all the fighting happens.
6. The Reffs word is all that counts in a match.
7. If you at any time quit a match you will lose.
8. All tied up?? We'll the rules for ties are that you will Email me and you will state who reffed and who fought, you will then split the stats in half and reap your rewards for the fight !!!!
9. Moves - You can only use 1 move and then you can use a power up and an item. An example is Kaioken + Gallet Gun + Henchman gun. You can't do gallet gun + big bang.
10. Kaioken- if you have kaioken you can get an upgrade every 2 fights you win and you have to win them. For example if you have won twice you have kaioken x2 and if you won 6 times you have kaioken x4.
11. Healing items- You can use a max of 3 healing items per battle.
12. No cutting/copying and pasting.
13. In order to battle you must be on the same planet. This does not apply for the tournaments you get the same points as though you were on earth.
