Sudenly the giant squid went berserk and ataked

The merpeople also closed in. They enclosed the squid and Harry in a large circle. They seemed to be chanting something.

"Aiya! Aiya!" They chant.
(don't ask me what that means!)

It looks a religious ritual. They are chanting the Water God's name.

Harry looks around and right in front of him approaches a dark figure.

It is a small girl, but she isn't normal. Her skin is a deep blue, and her hair a turquoise colour. Her shimmering sea green dress fell to her ankles. her hands and feet were webbed and her eyes were an amazing blue-green. She stared at Harry and rolled her head. Her hair flowed with the motion of the under currents as she blinked curiosly, "He-llo." she said haltingly, English obviously wasn't her native language.

The chief merman approaches the girl and says something in Mermish.

The girl replies and with a wave of her hand the squid has gone. "Why..you..need..help?" she say's to lucky. She is trying hard to get the language right. She looks at him with her head slightly on one side, and pushes back a floating piece of hair.

Lucky begins to be frightened..he shouts a green light in the water and in a falsh the Mermens are tied down by sea-weed...Luckys swims away!

Lucky sees a bubble with chairs set inside. He swims towards it and goes through. Inside it is like a regular room, except It has water surrounding it. On one of the chairs, he sees Wolf talking to a wolf. It was one of those underwater wolves.
(I took this room from another topic that was under Hogwarts Lake.)

The mermaid was most displeased with this turn of events. She had offered friendship and he had blatently refused!! With a look as black as thunder she threw off the seaweed and then summoned her people with an earpiercing shriek.

But Lucky didn't know that they were coming, since the room he was in was soundproof. When the merpeople barged into the bubble-room carrying weapons, Lucky was frozen with shock. After a few seconds he regained his conscious and screamed. Wolf heard him, but she wasn't quick enough. Harry was being dragged through the bubble-room, and he though all was lost.

The merpeople took Lucky deeper than he ever thought he'd be able to go. At last they came across a massive shell(one of those spirally ones!)it was a beautiful blue on the outside and, as they took him inside, he found it a pale peachy-pink. He was brought before the mermaid who looked just the same as before, except, perhaps, for a slight pinky tint to her cheeks. She frowned at him and then, haltingly, asked, "Why do you not except merpeople friendship? We do not hurt? we do not mean to scare? You make merpeople displeased, they no longer want to trust human. What you say?"

"Leave me alone or there will be Hell to pay...My Grandfarther Dumbldore will Kill you All.....he will make you live on-land"
*Lucky slaps the Mermaids Face*

The mermaid screamed in outrage, and deftly slapped him once, then twice. Before he could protest he was dragged off, hearing her yell, "You rot in jail, you evil Azkabana, Voldemorts child!!"

"I am not. You Sea Serpent" Harry's Gillyweed begins to run out!

The Queen of Mermaids, who had special powers, could sense that Lucky's gillyweed was running out. She dragged him deeper and deeper into the ocean. Lucky could feel his lungs slowly filling up with water. It was getting harder for him to breathe.

Then Lucky grabbed his dagger and jabbed it into her side, she let go...while her body sink.....tthis would be war!
Harry swims to the top~ Grabs some more gillyweed and sits on the dock!

Wolf swam up to Lucky. "Sorry. I wasn't fast enough. I'll be right back." Wolf swims under the water and grabs the Mermaid Queen. She brings her back to the surface and patches up the wound. Luck looks on confused. He tries to stop Wolf, but Wolf puts him in the leg-locking curse. "Sorry, I had to do that, but I had to save her, Lucky,"Wolf directs her attention to the mermaid, "He did know. You scared him. That is why he tried to escape." Wolf rests her on the dock, and releases Lucky."Run back to Hogwarts. The merpeople will capture you if you don't leave."

"Whoops," says the mermaid. "when I hurt, my people kill! Come with me, show I okay. I no mean to scare, he scare me with glinting knife stick. Come Wolf Wizard." she pleaded, her eyes were looking at her, she was scared and wanted her help. "I stop my people and you come. I show people you helped me and are good. Come..."

"Lucky! Relax!" Wolf walks with the mermaid. "I've got it under control. As soon as they let you go, run back to the castle. Don't tell anyone that I'm here. They will scare the merpeople."

Walking along the edge of Hogwarts Lake, Meg sees a dripping figure emerge from the depths and climb out of the lake. "Lucky? What-?"

"Down there?" Meg looks down into the murky depths of the lake. "Why? Gillyweed or the Bubble Head charm?"

Wolf emerges from the lake to see Meg, lucky and Sara Hermione(I don't know your name)running towards it. "I told you not to tell, Lucky. No one is supposed to know."

Lucky hands Meg and Sarah some Gilly Weed! "her lets go explore just ignore Wolf!!" they jump in!

*Everybody scatters to avoid it* "Stupefy" *It aggravates the serpent even more and it head straight for her* "Impedimenta!! Everybody, swim!!!" *They start to swim away from it* "Hurry! Let's get out of here!!" *Suddenly it starts moving again and starts to gain on them* "Stunning spells on the count of three - 1...2..."

The mermaid rushed up to the group and pulled them into her castle. "You in great danger, look!" She pointed through the window to where the merpeople were defending the castle. The merpeople hadn't been attacking them, they were attacking........

Lucky speaks...."all I wanted was the magical pearl!"

"Well you can't have it," a voice says as another mermaid swims up to the group. "I am the guardian of the castle tresures and the youngest daughter of Mer-Chieftainess Murcus, I demand to know what you are doing here!" Then turning to see Floo - what's your name in this? - she takes a step back and bows, "Sorry, Queen ...(need your name here,) I didn't know they were here with you."

*Oh well, I am going to get it!* "Oh, little mermaid your finn its all bloody!" She looks down ..then looks up "NO IT ISn....." Boom Lucky punhed her n the nose and knocked her out! And for you! Lucky rips the nicklas off the Queens neck! And stunns her! "thanks for the key and now I will be on my way!"

However the impact of the water, made the punch feel like a tickle, but the look on the young mermaid's face darkened. With a piecing summoning scream, she raises her hand and the merpeople outside begins to advance towards the castle.

A few of them close in on them and Floo(what's your name here?) asks them,"What do you want with the pearl?" "What does he want, you mean...we have no idea why he wan-" "Silence!", she shouts. "Don't lie to me!!"

Wolf swims up to the Queen. "Let us save him.(Do I really want to do this?) We will get the pearl back to you, as we bring him to the surface."

"How can we be sure to trust you," The young mermaid retorted. "The one you called Lucky has already proven humans cannot be trusted."

Lucky speaks slowly! "I need......the....pearl....to...save...my....grandfarther....he ...is ....die...die...dieing! It heals!!!!!"

*Rowena tries to swim as fast as she can towards Lucky*
"If only my power would work on others too...I guess there's no way except to try it!" *But before she can, a net of sea weed is flung at her. It misses her head but her feet are stuck in the net.* "Not now!", she thinks. "I'll have to try from this distance! She concentrates as hard as she can...She has to concentrate...concentrate. She closes her eyes and when she opens them she can't see Lucky but a merman is in his place with a strange resemblance!
"Yes, it worked!!"
*She takes out her wand and blasts the net away from her feet and goes towards the merman who is Lucky.*
"Lucky! Tell me the absolute truth, I saved your life because I trusted you, tell me why you wanted that pearl!!"
*The mer-people are watching with pure astonishment on their faces! One moment there was a gasping human was floating there and the next moment one of their own kind!! They were looking at Rowena with strange expressions...with awe...*

The mermaid still looked unconvinced, "Why didn't you ask to borrow the pearl? You, instead attacked our queen, this does not sure a trustworthy trait."

"I did this in the my grandfarthers life is at risk! And I new that the Pearl can never be removed from the lake unless one is worthy! I am worthy! If I would have ask you , you would call me a lier like now! And you would ask so many questions and he would probaly be dead by the time I get out of here!"

"Look," Meg says, "I know Lucky and I don't think he's lying. What if he promises to return the pearl after using it? Let him have it for one hour, and after that he must take it back to the lake."

The mermaid looked doubtful, "How will I be sure that he will return it? I do not know this boy, so I cannot be sure he can be trusted, your word of his trust cannot be taken on to well, as we do not know you till now. However it is, I suppose up to the queen. We know Dumbledore, he is a wise man, if he is truely in danger, we will let you borrow the pearl."

The queen, Belindana, was being escorted to Lucky. Her face was bruised and cut, she was bleeding blue blood, her wound was serious."You trecherous snake, lying squid, you tadpole of Voldemort. You try to kill me for my pearl, which if you asked I would give to you and now you have killed me." she breathed. The mer-doctor was speedily adding ointments and other curious medicines, but they didn't seem to be working!
*Please don't let me die!!! But want to make harrypotter feel horribly guilty- you have no right to seal that pearl, you could have asked*

Wolf mutters something quietly. The bleeding stops."That is only temporary. We must get her to Hogwarts. I will make sure Lucky returns the pearl. Do you trust me?"

"How can we trust him, if he is like that," the mermaid retorts. "We do not want Dumbledore to be harmed, but I can not bring myself to trust him, after all that he has done and acted." Suddenly swimming in a coordination of movements eventually getting faster and faster, a flash of yellow light beamed from the spiral of waves her tail created, within a second where her tail was, two human legs were, and the mermaid was in normal witch robes, "I will come above the surface to follow you lot, but I can only be out of water for a few short hours - this will be how long we will lend you the pearl, do you find this reasonable?"

"Im ready to come up top." said Belindana as she slowly turned to a young student, for she is a young queen, but unfortunatly her skin had a blue hue and her hair was a bright blue still, "I suppose i'm too weak." she smiled but a certain quality was missing, the happiness wasn't really there.

The mermaid, now in her human form, rushed forward, she snatches the pearl. "You can't save him by putting the pearl in front of his face, the overdose might finish him off, I thought you knew what you were doing!" She cries out. "You need to soak the pearl in pure water, then mix it with crushed Valerian root, the herbs - Arnica, Pichi, Copaiba, and two drops of Thuja, brew the potion with the leaves of the Tiger Lily plant for a few seconds, then fed him the potion. Do you not have a potions master in his school?"

Note: Valerian, Arnica, Pichi, Copaiba, Thuja, Tiger Lily are real names of herbs and flowers but what they are actually used for, I have no idea.
