Welcome to the Mid-Hudson West Chapter, Retired Public Employee's
Association, Inc., Web Site.
Serving Retires in Ulster and Sullivan Counties plus areas in Southern Greene County and Northern Orange County. The Retires Public Employees Association, Inc. (RPEA) was incorporated in 1969 as a not-for-profit member-supported organization to protest, promote, and advance the interests of all Public Employees through advocacy, assistance, education, and research. Our Chapter, Mid Hudson West held it’s first organizational meeting on April 26, 1999, received our Charter September 15, 1999 and held the next meeting on May 11, 1999, so that we may be able to serve our local membership of 1064 on a grass-roots level and attempt to answer your concerns. interests, and questions. Our Chapter members are constantly in contact with officials and legislators in Albany, as well as local organizations, so that all our retired members have a place to go when they have a concern. We are your voice. Chapter Officers and Members of the Steering Committee are all volunteers who give their time to improve the status of all public retirees. We are Retirees Working for Retirees. We are always looking for more volunteers to help share the work and make each task easier. Membership in our Chapter is open to all Public Service Retirees. Thank you for visiting our Web Site.
