I John Newton of Robertson County and State of Tennessee Being in perfect mind and memory but knowing it is appointed of a man once to die do make and establish this my last will and testament. I will my soul to God and my body to the earth, As to the worldly goods it has pleased God to (unclear 3 words) in life, My will and desire is that it be disposed of in the following manner to wit 1st I will that all my just debts be paid after a (unclear) time after my death. |
