| Royally Scammed by Royal Prestige | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Though you might known them by a different name, the situation may sound familiar. Are you a young engaged couple or a newly wed? Did you receive a call congratulating you that you won a free trip, free camera with 100 rolls of film, & a discount on their product? The caller then invited you to a hotel where they will give and explain the prizes to you. But when you arrive, you sit through a 2 hour presentation about cookware and dining ware. But the prizes you were promised are anything but. The free trip is a 3-night hotel stay not including airfare. The camera is a coupon for a $29.99 camera and a free role of film everytime you develop with Kodak upto 100 rolls. The presentator discusses the benefits of their cookware by stating the dangers of other pots and pans, such as they cause diseases, kill birds, and killed a child. So at the end of the presentation you buy a very expensive set of pots. Am I right so far? You may known them as Royal Prestige, or 21st Century Concepts, or HyCite Finance, etc. If you bought from Royal Prestige and lived to regret, you are not alone, the company has been sued in 3 states!!! People from across the country are complaining on the internet (and in court) about the sale tactics and product value of Royal Prestige. I too am a victim. The company lied to me promising me a discount I never received, and hid the fact that I would be charged a 24% finance charge when going on a payment plan. I did research and found that the company also lies about other products being unsafe. They have been sued for false advertising. If you feel scammed, I suggest we all join forces to fight Royal Prestige. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
