Overclocking 101

celeron 633 @ 902   10 weeks

This is my first attempt at overclocking and it has been a very productive.

System:    

Celeron 633, Asus CUV4X motherboard,  golden Orb, 192 megs pc100 (generic), 3dBlaster TNT2 Ultra,  Maxtor 20 gig, Windows 98. 

Running at 95 FSB, 1.90v (902 mhz), max cpu temp 37C running full cpu power

SiSoft Sandra CPU score is 2398.  Not bad considering a 1 gig is 2800 (ish)

Normal   66 fsb  1.60v 

My system is only rock solid stable at  75fsb at 1.75v and 95fsb at 1.90.  I tried all the combinations from 66 fsbto 100fsb.  It will work at 95fps and 1.85v but it is not stable.

It is rock solid at 95 fbs. It runs seti@home 24 Hours a day.
