Well, where do we start! Our first Siberian Kodiak was from a rescue group in San Jose Ca where we were living at the time. That was in 1993. While I was at school on Saturday's Bryan, John and Charlie (our boys) went checking out the local shelters and rescue groups at the pet stores for something to do. They ran across a group at one of the stores with Siberian Huskies. They talked to the person who had them and asked questions about the dogs. They went home to wait for me to come home. We went back to check out the dog that they liked well, and well, Mom liked the red one, not the gray one. We went home to get our other dog to see if she would get along with Kodiak. They were fine so he came home with us! We played a bit in obedience with him and got into a club and found Marilyn Lassagne. We wanted to try showing and she had a bitch puppy that we liked. So, on Valentine's Day Angel came home to live with us. A year later Bryan was reading the Sibernet-l list and ran across Pat Tetrault who had a litter out of the Marlytuk lines which we had really came to like. Bryan emailed and we talked on the phone back and forth. Shaman came to live with us and so began our friendship with Pat. Since then we have added Naya and Dot to our home, both also from Pat. Pat has been wonderful to us, she even took Shaman last year (2000) to finish his American and Canadian championships back east. We haven't started to breed as of yet, but when we do it will be because we feel we can contribute to the breed with sound body and great tempermented dogs!
So the story will continue over the years and the potato chip
syndrome will hit again, I'm sure.....!
