I would like to thank you and your friends at Solihull Judo Club for being so welcoming to Les, James, Gordon and myself, last Friday (14 Dec 2001). Please thank Ronnie especially for allowing us mere orange belts to frustrate the rest of his class! Thankfully everyone was very considerate and patient with us. (Though I now have a bruised bottom for foolishly trying to tackle Mr. Muller!) Les really enjoyed being back at the club with his friends. Obviously it brought back some very happy memories. He is now very keen to return on a regular basis, so you will no doubt be seeing a lot more of him next year. Perhaps you should warn the others! I hope our two clubs will get together more often too. Everyone is more than welcome to join us at Kenilworth, on a Wednesday, as you well know. Hope you have a very happy festive time and I look forward to seeing you again in the new year. Love Carol |
