Roxy Icons

Love Roxy? Wanna show her off? Have an online journal or a favorite forum that enables avatars? Maybe there's something here that will appeal to you. And as you can see, if you don't like what I've put on the avatars you can always take the base image and tinker with that however you desire.

BTW, I'm not all possessive and concerned about credit and that sort of thing like some people are. It would be nice if you mentioned me to others as having made the icon you take, but if you don't want to, screw me. I didn't grab these stills myself...nor did I ink the original animated cels. I just cut these down and fiddled with them. Ultimately we have to remember that we are just the admiring fans and that all credit must of course go to Warner Bros.

I love the gorgeous Gotham sky in this image. As for the "...and WHEE!!" I just happened to have Gonads and Strife! playing in my head. I love that stupid thing. 8)

"I'll have what she's having"? Well, Roxy's jump has always reminded me of the infamous faked orgasm scene from When Harry Met Sally.

Amazing how turning an image and adding a word can change the context, eh? Ironic that in this instance I'm actually making it more innocent....

Don't know where "a mind full of wicked designs" originally comes from, I'm afraid. It certainly has a familiar ring. Anyway, I saw it in a Lilo&Stitch icon and liked it.

I was surprised by how much I liked this one, since it's pretty simple and I don't generally like the word "bitch." But I suspect Roxy has nothing against it. Just to give credit, this is a paraphrased quote from Neil Gaiman's Sandman: The Kindly Ones. In there, though, it's "Lady, I'm your worst nightmare--a pumpkin with a gun." (Eh, read it, you'll like it....)

Paraphrased from a Joker episode, actually. Johnny Cochran: "If the man's filled with glee, that man must go free." It's corny, but I rather like it. Too bad the icon itself is a bit half-assed. (*grunt*) 1
