| ....Alvarez-Hernandez. Kinda silly isn't it?? But we consider her as part of the family and she is my baby. Penny was given to me on April 29, 2003 by Adrian. It was an early birthday present. It was actually a surprise that he gave me when we were at 8th Avenue Elementary that day. I remember he was walking down the street with a box and was carrying it like there was something delicate in it and as he was getting closer, his smile got bigger and bigger. I KNEW it was something good...and there she was! Cutest little puppy all scared and I picked her up and she started kissing me. Adrian was all smiling and I was just loving him so much at that moment.RIGHT AFTER THAT... I took her to Megan's house because I was SO excited to finally own a puppy of my own. Her mom thought of the name because her coat looked like a shiny penny. I guess the name stuck. I was SO HAPPY! Happiest moment up till then. She was SO CUTE! BEST PRESENT EVER. Thank you Adrian... for giving us this little sunshine to our lives. We needed it. |

| She used to LOVE this simba toy. She used to sleep with it...dragged it everywhere with her. Until she started teething...she would bite it and she just tore it apart this was when it was all in ONE piece. haha. |

| Penny has cake on her nose! This was Leonidas (My neices dad) birthday just recently in August. Natalie was giving her some icing and some was left on her cute little nose. AWWW! |
