| Costumes Wednesday April 14 Be at rehearsal. Take people outside when they are not onstage and find out what they do not already have for their costumes. Speak to me at the end of rehearsal about what we still need. Friday April 16 I need a purchase order for what we still need in hand. No excuses. Do not exceed $30. If you don't know how to go about getting a purchase order, talk to Erin Lofty. Monday April 19 I want every costume piece here. We need to fit everyone in costumes. On this day after rehearsal in case something doesn't fit. Wednesday April 21 When people are not onstage, work with them on hair and makeup. There does not need to be any talking for this. Friday April 23 More work with people on hair and makeup. Obviously, if there is a problem with a costume, I want it fixed by the next rehearsal. Monday April 26 Press costumes. They will be needed for the dress rehearsal on Wednesday. If any need to be cleaned, take them home and clean them. Make sure everything is ironed and in the costume room before you leave. Wednesday April 28 Dress Rehearsal. Make sure that you are in the bandroom imediately after school. Get everyone you have not taught to do their own makeup and hair ready. This needs to be done as quickly as possible. Remember, this is a dress rehearsal for you as well. Friday April 30 Opening Night! Be at the school no later than 6:30am for the morning performance and 5:00pm for the evening performance. All curling irons and makeup need to be set out and ready before the actors get to the school. They need to be ready by 7:30am for the morning performance and 6:00pm for the night performance. Saterday May 1 Performance Be at the school no later than 5:00pm. All actors must be ready by 6:00pm. |

| Props (Don't forget, it's always your job to set up the props and clean up after them at the end of rehearsal. No excuses!) Wednesday April 14 Be at rehearsal. Watch the run through of Acts I and II. Watch for any props that we still don't have. Make a list. Friday April 16 Be at rehearsal. Watch the run through of Act III. Make a list of all props we still need for that act. Monday April 19 Make sure all props are here. No excuses. We only have a very few rehearsals left. These actors need to be working with props. It's your job to make sure they have them. Wednesday April 21 Be at rehearsal to make sure that everything is set when it should be. We need to have prop tables on both sides of the stage by this point. Friday April 23 Continue to be at rehearsal to set up props at the begining and clean up and replace them at the end. Monday April 26 Do the same thing you did on Friday. Remember that you have to keep all perishable items in stock. Wednesday April 28 Dress Rehearsal. Go to the theatre imediately after school. Get the stage set for the begining of the play. Make sure all props are set and ready. Remember, this is a dress rehearsal for you as well. Friday April 30 Be at the school no later than 6:30am for the morning performance and 5:00pm for the evening performance. Make sure that the stage is set and all props are set and ready by 7:30am for the morning performance and 6:00pm for the evening performance. Saterday May 1 Performance Be at the school no later than 5:00pm. The stage must be ready and all props set by 6:00pm. (Do not forget that part of your job is cleaning up the props after each show.) |

| Advertising Wednesday April 14 It's gotten too late for the t.v. stations. Don't worry about them.. I need to know who is doing the poster for certain. Talk to me about the programs. I think I have come up with something we can do very cheeply. Friday April 16 I need to see the poster. I also need a list of all the places we plan to post it. We don't have much time left, and if I don't see one on this day, we won't have time to get it printed. Monday April 19 I need copies of the poster. I need volunteers to put them up. Have a list of volunteers, and have them there to take the posters after I've seen them. Wednesday April 21 I need to see the program. If you liked my idea, you won't need to worry about this one because I will have taken care of it myself. Friday April 23 All Radio Stations MUST have been called by this point. Monday April 26 The programs need to have been printed by this point. The television stations do need to have been called by this point with the date and time information of the play so they can announce it on the morning broadcast. Wednesday April 28 Dress Rehearsal! Go to the theatre imediately after school and get the costumes from the costume storage room. Bring them to the bandroom. Help with hair and makeup if you are needed. Make sure that the actors are upstairs quickly. Remember, this is a dress rehearsal for you as well. Friday April 30 Opening Night! Be at the school no later than 6:30am for the am performance and 5:00pm for the night performance. Get the costumes down to the bandroom before the actors arive. Help with costumes and makeup if you are needed. Have all of the actors upstairs no later than 7:30am for the morning performance and 6:00pm for the evening performance.
