1. Volume was an issue. Use the air support you use in band, and speak to the back of the room.
2. Don't be afraid to ride people's heels with the dialoge. In fact, it's necisary in your role. Practically cut off whoever is speaking before you. Do it loudly, and sound annoyed:)
3. Give me more engergy. Let me see the cranky old man within!
