...Ohayo and Welcome to my first completely non-Gundam Wing fic ^^, a co-write called "Passer Un Examen (To Take a Test.)" Now, you all thought you'd never see me doing this, but surprise, here's a Harry Potter fanfic. I loathe Harry Potter per se, but after watching the "Prisoner of Azkehban," which was a sucky movie, my interests were aroused by Draco Malfoy and his Germanic good looks. Everything about him, from his nasal voice to his Germanic good looks signaled ideal dominatrix bait: just frisky enough to hold appeal. So when Kitty suggested a roleplay Harry Potter, I jumped on board! Now, I don't support using domination to destroy one's character, that's why this fanfic is *not* BDSM. It is about the art of dominance, not the crudeness that comes with whips, chains, and destroying the human will.
I hope you find and enjoy the real test in "Taking a test"!<

*Roxanne de Winter* wrote the final draft and the parts with DRACO MALFOY.

Passer Un Examen (To Take a Test)
by Roxanne de Winter and Kitty

The classroom was quiet, Draco noticed that upon entry. Some people thought it was weird how Draco seemed to hang around there, almost like a ghost, after classes.
After surveying the room, he quietly sat on a desk, swinging his legs off the edge as he eyed Snape. Snape was sitting at his own desk, not even noting the presence of his blonde student.
Snape was contently busy trying to make the perfect way to insult the people he despised. He had felt the eyes of the young Malfoy on him, but paid no attention to it.
Draco, sick of the silence, crossed his arms,"I didn't like the grade I got on my last exam." he stated, childishly,"You know how good I am."
His voice had that nasal quality about it, the one that proclaimed he was of better breeding.
"Only in your own little world mister Malfoy. Potions is an art, not an easy grade.." He said with an evil smirk, showing off his fangs.
Draco glared and snorted,"Easy."
"Your... Skills... Are as bad as your penmenship... Which isn't any prettier than... heh..." Snape turned back to his work.
"Skills, hm." Draco uncrossed his arms, and stretched them behind him on the desk, as his legs continued swinging in the space between his shoes and the ground,"Your skills as a teacher are debatable."
Snape stopped, giving a warning glare in  Draco's direction. "Pardon... Mister Malfoy...." he Said coldly and icily as the first winter's frost. He prided himself in teaching.
Draco licked his lips and smiled, happy his words got the effect he intended them to have,"You're old in every way, why do you think I come to you after class? I deserve better." he stood up and walked to Snape's desk, his hand on some of the papers,"I'm a Malfoy. My parents made Hogwarts what it is."
It was important to be the least bit vague, bluntness could alienate certain people. But vagueness made unrespectable things seem respectable, made people think they stood a chance.
"Heh, as you may like to think... Mister Malfoy..." Snape paused,"Slytherin made Hogwarts what it is..."
Draco laughed quietly,"I won't argue with you, you're in denial of a lot of things. I worked for that grade... do you really want me to go into details?" he paused, saying pitifully,"You're not fair to me, I thought you were a gentleman."
"Only to those I like..." Gestures over to a picture of a female with long dark hair, chined up to his chamber bed, wearing almost nothing, she was his fiance.
"You don't like me, but that hasn't stopped you before."
Snape reached into his desk, pulling out a little black box. Inside it was some type of sour muggle candy, he pops one weird looking thing into his mouth, ignoring Draco.
Draco narrowed his ice blue eyes, and threw an orament from the table,"Don't ignore me."
Snape kept a stright face, he loved seeing the little one riled.
"Patience... Mister Malfoy."
Draco paused suddenly, his eyes returning to their normal size,"I could tell this to the school board." he boasted, trying to sound pitiful and apologetic at the same time.
"What do you have to tell...?" Snape looked up, his eyes glazed with impatience,"That your daddy plays with you...? Or that I am molesting you...? Or that I am performing the dark sadist rituals in Hogwarts...?" he smirked a bit, then turned back to his work, turning a witten page over.
"I have my choice. And you know I can bring you down." Draco's heart started beating faster, but his eyes showed nothing other than his usual contempt for humanity.
"And we shall see how long you last with the dark lord gets word." stated Snape, simply.
Draco hadn't thought about that, and the realization made him frustrated. He hid his now shivering body by leaning against Snapes's desk,"You can't kill me."
Snape looked up, smirking as he flicked the boy on the forehead.
"I can't but there's nothing stopping him."
"We'll see about that. The Dark Lord isn't that chummy with you." Draco reminded him.
"Detetion." Snape grinned evily, his eyes flashing with mild excitment,"You shall report to my room at seven, if your LATE I will find you and drag you here myself."
"..." Draco paused a moment, trying to find out what he had gained,"So it's settled?" he asked, looking as shy and grateful as he could manage.
"What is settled? It's just the begining for you, Draco."
"Beginning of what?" Draco's shy act started to wear off.
Snape smirked,"That's for me to know... and you to find out."
Draco thought a while, then nodded slowly and warily,"Fine."
"You are excused." Snape was going to have fun torthuring this poor boy to a bitter end.
Draco left slowly, looking as vulnerable as he could manage. He wasn't sure quite what he could expect, but he knew that it was hard for Snape to resist the schoolboy show.

CHAPTER 2

Draco quietly walked into Snape's room, taking his seat. He pulled out a few books on potion-making, seemingly immersed.
"Well well well, welcome to my parlor, said the spider to the fly."
Draco looked up at Snape,"I'm studying," he declared, noting how much attention pretending not to be interested got him.
Snape, slideded his hands along Draco's pale face, scartching his skin open.
"I see.. And exactly why are you reading book of love potions?"
Draco blinked, not really having read anything in the first place,"Because you'd want me to."
Draco knew there was only so long he could play the confused, vulnerable schoolboy. But while he was in swing, he would push it to the greatest extent possible.
He shook his head, his platinum hair shining in the light,"I'm studying." de declared again, looking back at his book.
Snape bent over, his lips so close to Draco's cheek, his breath gently tickling the sensitive and slightly bleeding organ,"Oh really? Are you that ashamed of your grades?"
Draco jerked away, knowing resistance was key to getting people interested in you,"My father wants me to get good grades. A lot of people want me to get good grades."
Snape pulled the boys head agaist his chest, holding the youth so close, that a very sinful grin spreading over his face. "There are more ways than one to that..."
Draco smiled slightly,"If only I would have known earlier."
Snape smirked. "Don't play koi with me, You litle pervert..."
"Mmm." With a flash of blonde hair in the darkened classroom, Draco buried his face in Snape's chest.
The face held the key to all human qualities. Detaching people from them sped things along and made people bolder.
Snape petted thorugh Draco's hair,"That's it, relax yourself... While you still can."
Draco pulled away, quietly stating,"I need this grade..."
It wasn't really true, but Draco wanted to test his powers of persuasion. He needed an assurance of what he'd get, or the show would be in vain. No, he didn't want to argue like this again. Henceforth, it would be understood what he wanted. And whatever Draco wanted, Draco got. Snape did many questionable things, but he never broke a promise.
Snape frowned.
"You dare play mind games with me child..?"
Draco looked at him, feigning surprise,"N-no."
Snape walked over to his chair, behind his desk and sat down. "Then what is it your after? Love...? Prefection...? Trust...?"
Snape sat back a bit, shifting in his chair, something very not like him,"All of those you'll earn, not have."
Draco was caught off-guard,"I don't know." he stated honestly,"And I earn what I need."
Snape looked back to his work,"Then, I guess that grade isn't worth the effort, is it?"
Draco shook his head, firmly stating,"It is."
Snape looked back to the blonde, seriously.
"Then I'd advise you get to work."
Draco was taken aback by the manner of coldness, then remembered it was Snape he was talking to. He walked to his desk, gloomily sitting down.
Snape ignored him once again, looking to a couple of pictures on his desk. But it didn't last long. Soon, he looked back at Draco,"Well? aren't you going to study...?"
Draco pouted, opening a random book,"I'm trying."
The books were boring, it was hard to overlook that.
Snape stood up, walking to Draco's desk. He smirked softly, reaching out to touch one of the boy's fine hands. "Come now, you were so fascinated before..."
Draco found himself blushing, despite what he was playing.
He quickly hid it, eying Snape,"Hm."
Snape smairked, and squeezed the boy's hand gently,"Why don't you try a diffrent approach..."
Draco blinked, not having caught onto something.
He crossed his legs as he turned around in his chair, looking up at Snape, big blue eyes searching for something he could not define.
Snape smiled slightly, and walked back to his desk, silently hinting that Draco follow him. He eyed Draco as he awkwardly stood before him, the light of the moon making his blonde hair stand out all the more. Roughly and without warning, he pulled him down, positioning him on his lap. Draco breathed irregularily, holding his book while two strong arms were wrapped around his waist.
"Isn't this quaint..." Snape smirked, chuckling slightly,"The teacher's pet."
Draco felt himself starting to sweat, his mouth was firmly and determidly held shut,"Teacher's pet..." he repeated quietly.
Snape laid his head on top of Draco's,"or the teacher's lover... Either or..."
Draco felt he was losing control, but at the moment he wasn't sure if he wanted control anymore.
He got up, turning to face Snape,"You're accusing me of playing mind games?" Draco quivered slightly; He didn't like this one bit.
He was supposed to be in control, always in control.
Snape growled slight irritation. "And do you... Despise... It?"
Draco thought a while,"You seem to... When... When I do it."
he breathed out slightly, and wordlessly took a seat in the back of the class. He felt light-headed, like he couldn't stand.
Snaple looked slightly saddened by his loss of the boy's warmth.
"You are dismissed for tongiht..."
Draco stood up, putting his books together, frustrated by gaining nothing except a headache.
He walked out the door, seeing how serious Snape was. Noting nothing could be won, he left the room, the door slamming behind him.
Snape smirked. "Check, mister Malfoy."

CHAPTER 3

Snape was taking a minor break from teaching. He was deep in thought, standing by his room's window, watching the moon rise.
He smirked, it was the color of blood, one of his few passions.
Draco quietly entered the room.
He jumped up slightly at the sound of the door slamming behind him.
Snape sat on his desk instead of his chair,"This had BETTER be good mister Malfoy." He did not sound pleased from being dragged away from the beauty of the blood moon.
"You asked me to be here, and I'm more interesting than the *sky*." Draco put his hand on his mouth. That had sounded far too aggressive, oh well.
"There's nothing more beautiful than a blood moon." Was his reponse.
Draco felt a bit slighted,"Whatever you say. You know why I'm here."
"Really? Are you here to be the dominate? Then I suggest you start acting like one!"
Draco crossed then uncrossed his arms,"I am here about the paper."
"Ah, yes... You... Paper.." Draco turned around and picked it out of the stack, handing it to Draco,"Here."
Draco eyed the paper, critically searching for something,"Do you want me to redo it or something?"
"Try turning it to the back... Mister Malfoy... You know there is that concept."
Draco grudgingly turned it around, noting a red B+ marked on it.
He stared up at Snape,"...Why--euhm. Thank you."
Snape nods. "Is that all...?"
Draco eyed the paper, almost in utter disbelief,"I don't know what to say."
He knew when he was beaten, he knew this wasn't the "submission" he was looking for. This was done out of pity or something like it.
Did Snape want something? Expect something? Draco stood frozen.
"Maybe, next time.. mister Malfoy..." Snape walked past Draco, gently brushing his hand across the boy's face,"You should learn to pay attention, instead if thinknig selfishly..." And with that, Snape exited his office to get some midnight work done.
