| Inking is important in forming the basis which you will later color. Unlike pencil, ink won't smudge, and it gives your art a clean, crisp look. 1.) Draw your picture in pencil and erase any parts you don't want to ink, like symetry lines. 2.) Ink neatly over your pencil lines. Resist the urge to draw new lines with your ink pen. I repeat, just color OVER your pencil lines, nothing else! 3.) Erase all the pecil lines. That's right. ALL OF THEM! 4.) Put your paper into a fax machine and copy it for extra neatness. Or just scan it in as is. |
