Everyone looks worn out after hours of shopping around downtown Tokyo. Shibuya, Tokyo.

Imagine going into a 100-yen shop, which is usually small and crowded. Imagine that that 100-yen shop is in the middle of Shibuya in Tokyo, one of densest concentrations of humanity on the planet. Then imagine that you have to do your shopping on a wheelchair, maneuvering through the narrow aisles and between teeming hordes of people while making sure that the basket on your lap doesn’t fall off. And then imagine that your wheelchair can hardly fit inside the elevator, which doesn’t even stop at all floors. And to cap it all, imagine that the way back to your hotel is inclined upward all the way. You’ll get tired.
