I had no idea how it would impact my life.
It was my first glimps of Haru-kun, you see. He's not in it long, as the video focuses on Kyou, the Cat. But he was there, in his black and white glory.
And I had no idea who he was.
Gradually, I began finding more and more Fruits Basket AMVs, and then I downloaded a few episodes off Limewire.
The first two I got were Episodes 1 and 10.
That was when I truely learned of my new love, Hatsuharu Sohma, the Ox of the Sohma family. My gods, he's just to handsom not to love. And most of the time, he's so calm and confused you wanna hug him and lead him around by the hand.
That is, until he becomes Black Haru.
Poor Haru-kun has Multiple Personality Disorder, though they never outright acknowledge it in the anime. We, the veiwers, are treated to two of them, White Haru and Black Haru.
White Haru is an utter gentleman. A sweet, kind, gentle young man, even if he does dress like he's going to a punk bar.
Black Haru is a bit of a rude bastard. Scratch that. He IS a rude bastard, but he is one sexy rude bastard, no matter who he's hitting on. Even I have to admit, if I were Yuki, I'd just melt. *shiver*
Anyway, I'll be posting my Fruits Baskets fan fiction through here mostly. Expect it to be mostly Haru stuffage.
