Cleanslate operatives do not use magic (except for perhaps Stolen Scroll). Instead, they use science. Forge scientists design the weapons the other divisions use.
Consider all non-commissioned operatives to be sorcerors with maybe a few dots of hedge-paths.
Commissioned Operatives -- like most of Blind Eye, Forge, and Stolen Scroll -- are considered either awakened or higher level sorcerors. Note that Cleanslate operatives favor versatility (unless it involves blowing things up), so spread your dots out, while still keeping those specialties in mind.

Area 51 Mobile Facility --What appears to be a shack in the middle of nowhere hides one of the many locations that the Area could be. The fact is, it's all of them and none of them. The Area occupies a hidden glen taken from a commanche village. Above ground rises the tower and the perimiter fences, whilst below it hides the Forge labs, the Archives and facilities, and the armories. almost all Cleanslate ops live in this small city. Only those that must remain outside are allowed to do so. Stark III has never been outside of the glen. most say he's afraid of leaving. Rumors abound about what happened to Stark II when he crossed the glen's exit during a dragon extermination...and walked right into the waiting mouth.
