Put on a face to meet the world.
That's not too difficult, just slip it
On and go. But a slip might show
And an impression is made;
Well, there goes the neighborhood.
But seals can be broken like a promise
There is the intention of security
And now the curtain has been lifted
Revealing the artist of the show.
So credit must be given rightfully
Effort has been put forth
If not conceited
Now slow down and try again because
The curve was too sharp and the
Point was obvious but not always
Seen in another sense a hill
With a long and hard climb but
Not excluding jagged edges and
Rocks rolling by in the rut
Made in the past tense
Rush from before the entire ground
Shakes from all the movement
Adapting from a novel idea
Of mice and men.
