1. I practice rites that will allow me to find my place in the scheme of things.

2. I must use the wisdom and intelligence I have been granted in a positive way, constantly striving to protect my home on this world and its inhabitants.

3. There is a great power in the world, in and around everything. How I use it is determined by me and I must be willing to accept the consequences and responsibility of its use.

4. The diety or unnamed creative power is balanced; equal in both masculine and feminine aspect, neither above the other in importance, strength or value.

5. I believer there must also be balance in the spiritual and physical world, so I may grow and learn, letting the lessons I receive from each plane compliment the other.

6. I believe that no one is above another; I must always be open to learning from everyone and everything.

7. My beliefs and practices are a reflection of who I am and what I do on a constant day-to-day basis.

8. I do not call myself "witch" to stand out in a crowd or call attention to myself in a misguided attempt to look different. I am a witch to better myself and work positively with the world around me.

9. To live my life well and to learn is the purpose for my existence. This growth process is a continual cycle of birth to death to rebirth.

10. I believe that no religion or organization is above or more right than any other; that all people have the right to believe as they wish and practice whatever forms or rites that will fulfill their religious needs.

11. I will not be distracted from my purpose by pointless arguments and debates.

12. I will not practice any forms or rituals that are designed for the detriment of others. I cannot accept power received by destroying another life physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.

13. I will continue to work in ways that are positive and helpful to me.
