What do I do to start, I just want a t-shirt with my dog on it.
First look over the web site (or email/ring me for a brochure or advice) and choose the item you want your photo printed on, for example, an ash grey light t-shirt. Now email me or phone to place your order. I will ask you to send the photo of your dog and you can tell me how you will be paying. I will also ask for your address and phone number as well as the size of the shirt that you need.
Now, While I wait for your payment, I will work on your photo to make it suitable for print and email you with pictures of how the finished t-shirt will look.
After you have aproved the design and I have recieved payment, the printing will be done and the order will be on its way.
The whole process is is easy and only takes a couple of emails or phone calls. The process can be done by mail also
Can I change my mind? Yes, you can change your mind right up until printing of your item. Don't be afraid to talk to me about any problems and we will work it out if necessary.
2, Delivery times:
How long till I get my item? Delivery times range from three to four weeks from your aproval of the design unless there is a problem beyond my control such as a problem is found during the design process or stock has run out. In these cases the customer will be contacted and advised of the delay.
3, Printing process:
What is the printing process? I offer two printing processes for clothing. a, Dye printing - The dye is printed directly onto the fabric. This method produces a soft feel. b, Heat transfer - a commercial type of heat transfer that produces a brighter and sharper image than the dye printing. The transfer is barely detectable and any plasticy feel softens after a few washes.
Which is the best printing method? Both methods produce washable, durable images. The transfer is best for photos. Dark clothing is only printed using dye printing.
3, Payments:
How can I make a payment to you? Payments can be made in cash or by Paypal transfer ( credit card). I will accept personal cheques but delivery time may take longer as the cheque must clear before I start printing. All payments must be made in advance.

Size charts
If you have your own design you would like to use, it must be in PNG format and have a transparent background. If you do not have the expertise or computer software to do this, I can usually modify your design to suit.
Photos can be submitted as Jpeg or PNG files or as hard copies.
If you would like me to design something for you, or just place a text slogan on something I can do that also. This is free if the design is relatively simple.
Size - For clothing and square products, your design should be 2200 pixels on at least one side. For other products email me for dimensions.
Submitting a design : You can send your design by email or on a cd rom
Image placement: On most clothing your design/s can be on the front or pocket area as well as on the back or shoulder area. There is no extra cost for two side printing even if you want different designs on front and back
Designs - copyright, trademark : I cannot print a design for you that you do not have permission to use. This includes pictures of famous people, company/business or movie slogans, pictures downloaded off the net etc. even if you have modified it.

6, Returns / refunds:
What if the printing is flawed or I really don't like it? Ring or email me as soon as you get the item/s ( within 1 week) and I will offer a refund or replacement.
