This is a modern Witch's Herbal because all of these are either easily grown or found. There is also a little Kitchen Witchery thrown in here too!

So now you are saying, "where do I get these things!" Not a problem, here are some resources and tips.

* The grocery store has most of these. Just dump them out in a bowl, cleanse and consecrate and there ya go.

* I have a orange usually every night. before I peel it I get out my gratter and peel of some of the rind and dry it on a paper towl. I also do the same with lemons, except I don't eat them, I use the lemon in my tea or to make the garbage disposal smell good.
