Infused Oils |

Hot Infusion |
Cold Infusion |

Standard quantities: enough herb to pack jar, enough oil to completly cover the herb. |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Standard quantiities: 250g dried herb or 750g fresh herb to 500ml oil |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Note: When using root, stem or bark of herb use hot infusion method. If the oil will be used on the body, avoid using mineral oil, as it clogs the pores. If you're going to use homemade oils for massage, I recommend using a hydrasperse oil. Hydrasperse is a coconut dirivative that helps the oil wash out of linens. Keep in mind all oils go rancid and all oils can stain, even with hydrasperse. |
