| This is one of our dogs Xander, he is a little more than 1 year old as of 10/30/04, his birthdate is 06/20/2003. He is a short-haired Miniature Dachshund. Xander is a really early riser, his sister, Marley does not get up early, she likes to sleep in until about 7:00, when everybody is up and dressed. But Xander gets up at 5:15, almost 2 hours before Marley Does. | |||||||||||||||

| One day, I was playing with Xander on the bed, giving him a tummy-rub, to do so I laid his head on the pillow. I went to do something, and when I came back, I saw Xander, sleeping! Yes, he was really sleeping, his eyes were closed! So, I went and got the camera, and took this picture. He laid like that for about another 25 minutes, and has not done it since. | |||||||||||||||

| Heres our other pup, Marley. She is the lazier and shier one of the couple. She has a bright-pink collar, as opposed to xanders chain-link. She isn't as energetic as Xander (Gets up 2 hours after Xander), but is the sweetest, most loveable Dachshie you will ever meet. She loves to give "Dachshie Kisses" all over your face, and arms, but especially your face. | |||||||||||||||
