The Vitesse car has been around for years and years in many shapes and guises, but our interest is only in the 800 series 2.0 Turbo Vitesse.
April 1991 the 2.0 Turbo was introduced pushing out 180bhp.
February 1992 New shape Vitesse was launched with the 2.0 ltr Turbo charged engine. with 180 bhp 160lb ft of torque
May 1994 Sport was launched with uprated Turbo to 200 bhp and 177 ft of torque
May 1994 Coupe Sport was launched with the uprated Turbo to 200 bhp
March 1996 Vitesse given the uprated 200 bhp turbo from the Vitesse sport.

Vitesse Sport 7.3 seconds and 145mph Top speed
Vitesse 25.5 mpg urban and 42.6 at 56mph.
