Most pages on AFORS website have got a LINK button or LINK text on every page.
By CLICKING on the button (by using the left button on your computer mouse)or underlined text LINK for the desired page you can move to that page.
REMEMBER: Click only once on LINKS in general and ALLWAYS by clicking on the left MOUSE button.
There are two ways of returning to the home page,
1. Once you whish to return to the homepage or the previous page you can find a button or a textlink on most pages that will take you back home or to the previous page.
2. An other way of returning to previous page is by clicking on the ARROW <-- at the top left corner of your viewing window, we recomend this option because as you are surfing you might be collecting several pages on your way and it might slow your computer down depending on your memory capassity.
Some computer screens are smaller than others and therefore there might be text or pictures on a page that seem hidden or are only partially visible.
To view all the information you need to use the SCROLL arrows the right and the bottom of your viewing window.
By clicking on these arrows you can scroll left , right, up and down a page.
Some computer mice also have a round scrollwheel on top, by rolling this wheel backwards or forwards you can scroll up and down a page.
When you want to view an enlarged image of a map or a picture you can do so by clicking on the picture or map.
Once you have enlarged the picture we recomend that you use the back button at the top left of your viewing window to return to normal size or the page that you were on before enlargement.
On some images you can also find a set of arrows in the bottom right hand corner of the picture (TUBE MAP for instance) .
By clicking on these buttons the image will become even larger still.
USE the ARROW at the top left in your viewing window to return to normal size or previous page.
There are two ways to write to us,
1. Sign our guestbook by clicking on the guestbook button, filling in your first name and email address if you got one, and writing your story, joke , or problem in the textbox. Click on the submit button and it is done.
You can also read other peoples postings by clicking on the VIEW my guestbook button.
Guestbook buttons can be found on several pages, but if in doubt there is one on the homepage.
2. If You want to talk to us in confidance or if your not sure that the story or text contribution is suitable for everybody else to read you can email us.
You can also email us Your pictures and jokes , poetry and thoughts to be added to our readers page.

Some pages have got more information on them than others and depending on a number of factors, like modem speed number of users on one particular band width and so on, will take a while longer to load.
AFORS is also restricted to a maximum number of visitors per day/month and this can sometimes slow download times.
We are trying to upgrade with the help of our serviceprovider, but it is quite costly so until we get some financial stability the current setup, for all its faults, will have to do.

To be able to view video you normally need to download a videoplayer, we recomend Apple Quicktime player for Mac users and Windows Media player for PC users.
These can normally be downloaded for free for a trial period from respective providers by typing in the name of the player in your search engine SEARCH box.
You can use the same players for music.
However if there is a VIDEO or a MUSIC file on AFORS website YOU can view them just by clicking on the image or name as we will have downloaded the players for you in advance.
