ROUGHIN' IT: NEW YORK CITY
EPISODE 6
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE "BLIND BOAT RESCUE"

The Queens Tribe once again trekked back to the New York Harbor as Bronx soon followed carrying the Immunity Idol. Nick smiled as the two tribes took thier places on the dock. He took back the idol and placed it on a pedistal and announced that it was once again up for grabs. He explained the challenge to them. There are four rowboats in the harbor, two for each tribe. The tribe will select two members to sit in each boat and row it to rescue one of their tribe members, also blindfolded and holding a paddle, from a floating platform and bring them back to the dock. The hiccup? Everyone on the tribe, but one person will be blindfolded. The one person on each tribe not blindfolded will perch themselves on a platform and give verbal commands to their tribemates to guide them to rescue the tribemates and to get them back to shore. The first tribe to get both boats touching the dock wins Immunity and is safe from the vote

Still with a one person advantage, January sat out for Bronx. Carol and Jacob were chosen to be each tribes' eyes, while Naomi, Robin, Roy, and Adam took their seats in the rowboats and were blindfolded. Seth, Danielle, Leigh, and Jerroth were transported to the floating platforms and blindfolded. Nick started the race as Carol and Jacob started shouting directions to their tribes. Roy started to rapidly row forward even when blindfolded and took an early lead, while Robin, who never commandeered a rowboat before, back up into the dock. Leaving her full of fowl words. Roy continued to row great for Bronx, while Naomi was in a little more need of coaching. She slowly started to curve into the wrong direction, leaving Jacob to try to give new directions to her. Adam, though not as fast as Roy, was moving rather straight as well, and after some confusion, Robin made her way straight towards the platform. Jacob continued to coach Naomi, leaving Roy all to himself which caused him to ram the rowboat directly into Leigh's platform knocking her off into the water. Jacob left Naomi to row on her own as he desperately tried to coach Leigh into blindly swimming toward the boat and climbing inside. Adam successfully reached the platform as Carol vocally tried to guide Jerroth into the boat. Leigh finally climbed into the boat as they both blindly worked together to turn the boat around. Adam and Jerroth started backing their boat up, by the words of Carol until she screamed "Stop! Stop! Stop! OH GOD!". As the boat made collision with Robin's boat. Robin's boat started to steer the wrong way, as Carol tried desperately to direct both boats. As Roy and Leigh were quickly rowing back to the dock, Naomi finally straightened herself out, with the help of Jacob, and was really close to retrieving Seth. Carol vocally commanded Robin to stop as Danielle crawled across the platform and into the boat, flipping herself on her head and causing her to hit Robin with the oar. Roy and Leigh were steaming ahead and were just a few feet away from the dock, when Naomi reached Seth as he sat and slipped into the boat as with Jacob's help, spun the boat around. Roy and Leigh's boat were the first to touch the dock, with Adam and Jerroth a few minutes behind them. Robin and Danielle struggled to work together as Naomi, still blindfolded, coached Seth on how to "rudder" the boat. With her and Jacob's coaching, the boat was going straight, while Robin and Danielle's boat started going in a diagnal. Carol desperately tried to turn them around, but not before anothe collision with Naomi and Seth's boat. Naomi was able to blindly push the yellow boat away as they inched closer to the dock. The race was going to be close, but it was Naomi and Seth whose boat touched the dock first and gave the Bronx Tribe yet another Immunity.
