QUEENS...A BAD CAMP?
Back over at the Queens Tribe, Danielle, Micha, and Jerroth have a conversation about how the dynamics between the Bronx camp and the Queens camp was. They were a little disgusted over how poorly organized the campsite was and how unorganized the chores were. They were also a little surprised of the lack of shelter Queens had as well. Many laughed as they tried their best to accomidate to their new surroundings.
DANIELLE PHILIPS -- Secretary: "This place absolutely sucks as compared to what Bronx was. There's no shelter except a tarp over a bedframe and the furniture is in major need of some feng shui."
COLD NIGHTS
After surviving 13 nights so far in the urban jungle, the bitter cold was starting to get to them, especially the ones stuck in short sleeves. Adam felt that the one heater wasn't enough and went to various members to ask permission to find things of warmth and comfort in nearby dumpsters and such. He got permission from everyone and began left camp to begin his search for such things.
ADAM TOWNE -- Furniture Salesman: "This place gets so cold at night. When you really don't have blankets and stuff to warm your arms, you get chills in the morning and a runny nose, which really sucks, because we have no tissues. So, I went around to various dumpsters to find anything and I mean ANYTHING that we could all use to keep warm." |
