ROUGHIN' IT: NEW YORK CITY
EPISODE 3
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE "DRAG RACE"

Day 9 rolled around as both tribes recieved mail for their first Immunity Challenge as tribes. Meeting up on an abandoned stretch of road for competition unlike any other that Roughin' It has ever done before. Nick explained the rules. The tribes would start on a mat and will race by foot 20 feet to a stack of 14 tires, 2 tires per Sim. They must pick up the tries and place them into the back of a van of their tribe color. Once all tires have been moved from the stakes to the van, the tribes must then pull their van 100 feet down the road by a rope. Once the van crosses the line. One Sim must sprint back to the starting line grab the keys to the car, race back to the van, hand off the keys to another Sim who will drive it down another 100 feet with the remaining Sims running behind it. Once the car crosses that line. The Tribes will get the tires out of the van and stack them onto stakes. The first tribe to do this wins Immunity. With that Nick showed both tribes the new Immunity Idol. It was once a wooden puppet that has now been coated with steel into the form of a running Sim.

Once the Immunity Idol was placed on it's pedistal, the tribes took their places on their mats. On go, the two tribes sprinted to the tires and began loading the van. Bronx got a small lead, but Queens kept close. The tires were now loaded and the tribes began to do the tidious work of pulling the vans down the road. With grunts and screams alike, the vans slowly started to creep down the road. A fiercely determined Bronx Tribe started to move the blue van a little faster than Queens's and increased their lead, inch by inch. After minutes of slaving with the rope, Bronx's van crossed the line as Jerroth sprinted back to get the keys. Queens refused to give up and was really close to crossing the line. Finally after one final tug, Queens got clearance to send Robin down to get the keys. Jerroth passed Robin midway and handed the keys to January who spun Bronx's tires causing a lot of smoke, and quickly made it across the line. But moved it a tad too far over the line, making Bronx have to move further between the van and the tires. Robin gave Roy the keys who took off like a professional drag racer stopping real close to the stakes as the Queens tribe raced behind it. Bronx had already started unloading tires when Queens arrived with the van. It was too late, as Danielle S. for Bronx placed the last tire on the stake to claim immunity for her tribe, which celebrated with much enthusiasm
