That night, the Brooklyn Tribe, with torches in hand, made the walk from camp to the warehouse for another Tribal Council. The took a seat and awaited Nick's questions. He asked Seth first about handing Immunity to Naomi and how that made him look. Seth answered proudly that Naomi, who he could tell has never ran that far at that pace, put every ounce of her heart and soul into that challenge and deserved Immunity more than him. Naomi gave a bright smile, while Derricke rolled his eyes. Nick noticed Derricke's expression and asked about it. He said that the whole point of the challenge was to show who was the best of the best and that Seth had plently left in him and should have kept going and let the best person win. Seth felt that best person did win. Derricke rolled his eyes again. With that, Nick announced it was time to vote. Each contestant got up, placed their votes into the tea kettle, and sat down. Nick retrieved the votes and read them aloud:

Derricke was shocked by the votes and grabbed his torch. Nick snuffed it out as Derricke waved to his former tribe and walked out of the Tribal Council are never to return to the game.
