| ABOUT THE "SHOW" | ||||||||||||||||
| Roughin' It is a mock "Internet reality show" based on the hit television show "Survivor", except with my own twists. The characters and surroundings are done with Sims 2...a great game in itself. In the Roughin' It series, 16 competitors are sent all around the U.S. to take part on the ultimate camping trip. Over 80 Sims have participated in the competition over the 5-season history. Competitions have taken place in wild and exotic and beautiful places like the forests of Yosemite, the deserts of Arizona, the frigid splendor of Alaska, and the vast marshes of the Florida Everglades. This season, 16 Sims were surprised with being abandoned in the streets of New York City and left to fend for themselves for 39 days like many homeless people have to do everyday. While on this adventure, they'll compete for special rewards and immunity from getting voted out of Tribal Council. Every 3 days, the Sims will attend Tribal Council where they will stand judgement for past actions and one Sim will ultimately be voted out of the game. At the end of the 39 day journey, one Sim will win the grand prize of $1,000,000! | ||||||||||||||||
