Some women think they shouldn't have to pay back the support that she knowingly and willingly accepted from the man who she claimed was the father knowing he wasn't the bio dad. This is illegal for women to do this to a man and some states do make the woman pay it back.

My ex lied to me and told me I was the father of a child that was not mine and I have proof through DNA tests that myself and the child had done, and I am a victim of paternity fraud. I did NOT sign my rights over to get out of paying child support. If people are stupid enough to believe her lies, then it's your stupidity. In addition to Paternity Fraud, my ex also committed IDENTITY THEFT against me and others.
