| Levi RPP: Alright first off, who are you, and what do you do in Bl�dw�lf? Rev Sinn: i am the heir to the frozen wasteland, disciple of blood , lord reverand Von sinn, i preach LR: Now where did the name Bl�dw�lf come from? RS: it is an ancient clan that had direct comunication with the forgotton ones, it represents the primal urges in all of us LR: What bands and/or styles would you attribute to influencing Bl�dw�lf the most? RS: iron maiden, motorhead, black uniforms, english dogs, broken bones, definately a mix between UK/HC, UK metal and then SCANDI/JAP influence i think we sound like GBH/GISM/VENOM/AMEBIX and MOTLEY CRUE on crack. there is a huge twist of glam thrown in. LR: People have speculated that Bl�dw�lf is a rather supernatural band, and deals with issues ranging from war to black witchcraft. What do you say to this? RS: well i sing about what i see.. thats all i can say.but other forces pull our strings...as well as those of man. we live in dark days of war corruption....and unseen forces controlling the world,our only escape is the supernaturtal LR: Many know that you used to front Rochester Death Punk band The End, in what light do you view Bl�dw�lf compaired to The End? RS: natural progression bludwulf is everything i wanted THE END to be when it started, but THE END couldnt stay sober long enough to learn to play our instruments. LR: Your live shows are known for usually being spectacles of chaos and fists in the air. What do you expect from the crowd when you play? RS: shadowclaw...................fist pumping metal mania...and decapitation. i guess it would be cool if chix got up on dudes shoulders and showed us their tits like its 1984.But i expect allegiance...definatly LR: Is there any prospects of releasing anything in the future? RS: well the sacred sound shall be released...i am putting out a 7" on my own label wich should be out before DEC. and a full length is in the works for the begining of next year with a label that im not aloud to mention yet. but it is pretty good distrobution/exposure...until COMBAT CORE records reforms and signs us. i wouldnt mind being on HEAVY METAL records or ROT. maybee we can be on DOGMA. LR: Any closing words? RS: when the moon is full and fog is set watch your back cuz the wulf aint dead......come now children of the beast be strong...and shout at devil....anyway.....stay strong...and keep your hair long! |
