ROTORUA SAMBA BAND
The Rotorua Samba Band, known as SAMBLASTA, is a group of Rotorua people who enjoy playing Brazilian percussion.

The band owns a range of Brazillian Samba instruments, including Surdo, Snares, Tamborins, Agogo and Shakers.

We usually meet for weekly practices at hall at Scion campus on Sala Street on Monday evenings at 6.30pm

We recently performed for the Rotorua Deepawali Festival.

We will be attending the Cuba Street carnival which will be held in Wellingtonfrom 20-22 February 2009.
