Mazda Roadpacer

The rarest "Mazda" rotary vehicle ever produced.Only 800-odd Roadpacers ever made it into production. These are essentially a GM Holden ("gifted" to Mazda in exchange for information to help with GMs own Rotary research),repowered with a 13b and mated to a 3 speed transmission, the 13b produced the same horsepower as the 202cu engine that originally powered the Holden, but unfortunately the Roadpacer only produced 1/3rd of the torque. These cars were marketed squarely at the Japanese executive who wanted luxury. The Roadpacer came with every extra imaginable including a refridgerator in the boot (trunk-for the Yanks).
