CO To Be Tried For The Second Time :

My name is Rotem Dan Mor and I am a Conciencious Objector to mandatory millitary service in israel for ideological reasons. I had served a year and half in the army before coming to a decision I no longer wanted or was intending to take part in any millitary activities in Israel. That was three and a half months ago.

I have since spent a month in prison (for refusing to wear a military uniform) and am to be tried and sentenced for further imprisonement as early as the 20/11/01.

Needless to say, I am unfazed by the prospect of imprisonment. As unpleasant as prison life may be, the threat of imprisonement does not deter me from the path I have chosen.

Since my last imprisonement I have made endless efforts and spent a great deal of energy to secure my release from the army but to no avail. My plea has fallen on deaf ears.

I plan, along with the other already jailed COs to continue my struggle until my release from the army .
