All members must meet the following requirments to become members of the {ROTC} clan.
1. Be at least 16 years of age at time of appointment
2. Must be a team player, Rambo is not welcome here
3. Must be able to attend monthly meetings
4. Must remain active once per week
5. Must have an honor level above 10. (AA members only, Exceptions can be made dependent on the reason)
B. Conduct
While wearing the {ROTC} tag and on a current roster members must abide by these rules.
1. Members will play as team players
2. Members will respect the chain of command for the clan as well as our allies
3. Members will NOT use cheats or hacks. (Grounds for immediate dismissal if found guilty of using cheats/hacks)
4. Members will be respect other players (A little trash taking to OPFOR is acceptable)
C. Recruiting
Recruiting is to be done only by the clan recruiters and commanders only. Clan members can and are encouraged to refer qualified players to the clan. The following information should be obtained and passed on to a commander or recruiter.
1. The name of the recruit
2. The in-game name of the recruit
3. The recruit's current honor level
4. The recruit's E-mail and messenger names/addresses
5. What caused you to refer the recruit (IE excellent player, friend, etc.)
6. Your name and rank
D. Meetings
Clan meetings are held the 1st Monday of each month. These are mandatory attendance functions, If you can't attend you must notify the clan by using the absence reporting forum.
E. Disciplinary Action
Disciplinary actions are issued for violations of the rules above. Disciplinary actions are decided by a board of review comprised of at least 2 officers and an NCO. Disciplinary actions include but are not limited to:
1. Warning
2. Demotion
3. Probation (Members on a probationary status are ineligible for promotions/awards)
4. Suspension from the clan ranging from 7-30 days
5. Dishonorable discharge from the clan ( A DD status will never be considered for re-entry to the {ROTC} clan.)
