The Rotary Club Bogota Chapinero wants to develop a project to improve and reconstruct the actual physical plant of "Talleres de Capacitación y Desarrollo Esperanza" and to  provide training facilities in the areas of sewing workshops, book binding, general handicraft in ceramics, cloth printing and fabrics and informatics.

At present time 65 teenagers take part of the training programs, in unsuitable  physical facilities.

To increase 50% the number of attendants,  in order to provide access to  wider number of handicapped children at risk who do not have opportunities to acquire practical learning in arts and crafts. 

In Colombia there are only two institutions providing this kind of teaching learning.
