Features     1.7-mile long natural/man-made motocross course. There are several doubles and tabletops, a rhythm section, and a few single jumps. The track is hard-packed. Passing is not a problem as the track is 25-40' wide all around.  There is also a fun supercross track, woods trails, and a peewee track.

Directions     Located in Wilkes county in between Athens and Augusta. From Atlanta: Take I-20 East to exit #160 (Hwy 223). Go left and travel on Hwy 223 approximately 2 miles. Hwy 223 will merge into Hwy 80. Take Hwy 80 North (continue in a forward direction, do not take the hard right) until it intersects with Hwy 78 (roughly 12-15 miles). Turn right on Hwy 78. Aonia Pass MX is a couple miles down on your right (look for the big 'Aonia Pass' sign). Turn right onto gravel road, the track is all the way in the back.

"The dirt [has] lots of saw dust and good ole' Georgia clay with a mixture of sand added to make for a good racing surface, excellent bermed turns, plowed and tilled straights, some small and some long jumps.

The facility hare at Calhoun has been changed a lot as well. The track will be more rider friendly and made to accommodate more riders on the larger mx/sx-style layout with some very interesting jumps, tabletops, etc... The start will be much longer with a large sweeping left turn at the end for more high speed but safe starts.

Calhoun will be making changes throughout the year to make it more challenging and to keep our riders from being bored with the same old stuff every weekend. Our new air station will be installed at Calhoun for all of those who will need air.

For all of those folks that haven't been to Calhoun Motorsports, we have a large grandstand, a great concession stand and three bike washes for your convenience.

The lighting here at Calhoun is none other than the best in the south and they will be getting even better, with more lighting going in in the month of May. We also hope by this season's racing that we have gotten our restrooms in place and functional. "

Directions     Located in Gordon county approximately 45 miles north of Atlanta.

Travel time from Atlanta is 35-40 minutes if you are a speed demon or 45-50 min if you are one of the few that actually does the speed limit.

Coming from Atlanta: Take I-75 north to Exit #312. Turn left at the exit on to Hwy 53, continue on Hwy 53 until you pass the Wal-Mart super center. After passing Wal-Mart you will continue under one more traffic light. Make sure you are in the right lane because McDaniel Station road is the next road following the light. (you will see a pond on the corner) Turn right on McDaniel Station road and continue until it ends (approx 1 mile) as soon as you get to the end of McDaniel Station road, take a right and then an immediate left onto Beamer road (you will see the CalhounSx sign). The track will be on the right approx 1/8 of a mile. We are across the street from Coosa Valley Tech.

Approximate travel time from Interstate 75 to CalhounSx is 5 minutes unless you get behind someone that is slow, then it will be around 10 minutes.

Features     The average lap time is approximately 2 minutes and 18 seconds. The track is made of red clay and black dirt. The layout includes singles, doubles, tabletops, whoops, rockers, step up, step down, a step on step off timing section and super fast sweeper. Local pros. Earl May and Jessica Patterson have endorsed the track and Ezra Lusk and Ricky Carmichael have practice tracks less than 15 minutes away. So there is no telling whom you might see at FasTrac.

Directions     If you are coming from Tallahassee, Florida or Bainbridge, Georgia take US Hwy 27 to GA Hwy 111 and go North about 7 miles and turn left onto Sherman Road. The track is located 1/4 mile on the left.

If you are coming from Cairo, Georgia take GA Hwy 111 South about 15 miles and turn right onto Sherman Road. The track is located 1/4 mile on the left.

Features     This track was constructed with the aid of some professional motocross riders. We offer the following:
Motocross/supercross style adult track. Triples, doubles, tabletops, 85 ft. tabletop. 24 bike starting gate. Soil is loamy and wood sawdust and chips are being added. We currently hand water, but irrigation coming soon.
Nice Pee Wee track for young riders. Flat Track with ski jumps, 3/8-mile long tri-oval shaped.  Seating area that overlooks the entire track. This is a very clean facility. Plenty of parking.

Directions     From I 285 in Atlanta, Take I 75 N to I 575 N Continue on 575 N until it turns into 515 / 5 North. Once you get to the Jasper light go 4.5 miles until you come to Antioch Church Rd. Turn left onto Antioch Church Rd. and go 3/10 of a mile and then bear right staying on Antioch Church Rd. Then go 1.7 miles and the Talking Rock Arena is on the left hand side of the road.
