Not being able to contain their emotional feelings any longer, Max and Liz share an intense kiss. Liz experiences 'flashes' - visions of outer space (the stars, and planets) that neither she nor Max can give an explanation for.
With each new kiss, the visions become stronger and Liz begins to feel that these visions might contain clues to Max's past. When Liz recognises a cluster of stars in one of her visions, she tells Max that she thinks these visions may be from the crash in 1947.
Wanting to find the true origin of the visions, Max and Liz decide to take their sexual relationship a step further. The clues they receive from the visions that follow lead them into the desert a few miles away form the crash site. The two are just about to consummate their relationship when Liz hears a constant beeping she recognises from the visions. Liz and Max then dig up a glowing orb with a glowing symbol on it. Exhausted by the previous events, Liz and Max fall asleep, only to be awakened in the morning by a man (little do they know that he's in fact the 'Nasedo' they have been searching for).
Maria lies to Michael about receiving the sort of visions Liz gets with Max in order to bring the two closer together. Alex offers himself to Isabel as a test run for any visions that might come, and the two share their first kiss (without any visions :op ). |
