Name: Isabel Amanda Evans
Isabel is also an alien, and is Max's sister. When Isabel, Michael, and Max broke out of the pods in the late 1980s, they appeared to be of the human age of 6 (Max and Isabel broke out of the same pod). Isabel and Max were adopted by the Evans family. Isabel has a close relationship with her (adoptive) mother.
Isabel is very hesitant to let anyone in, and often wishes that she was just a 'normal' human.
She developed feelings for Alex Whitman, but didn't think they should be together. Alex was one of the few people besides Max and Michael who could calm her down if she was feeling stressed out. Since Alex's death, she began to realise just how much she missed having him around and began to 'see' him in her dreams and around her, even asking for advice when it came to her now-husband Jesse Ramirez.
After a whirlwind dating/engagement/marriage, she is trying to settle down in as normal a human life as she can. Problems arose when her past life's lover who made her betray her brother, the King (Max), briefly appeared at her wedding and then again at her honeymoon. Jesse unknowingly helped her to break from his spell and she sent him back to their home planet.
She loves anything with tabasco sauce on it.
Dubbed the 'Christmas Nazi', Isabel always wants Christmas to be perfect. Jesse recently made her see that perfect can sometimes mean just being at home with the one you love, not rushing around trying to make everything the same as it has always been. |
