Order of Commitment IN THE MATTER OF THE COMMITMENT OF ROSS BROOKS, AN INSANE PERSON. ORDER OF COMMITMENT. Upon the petition of O. A. Ash, dated May 26th, 1923, one Ross Brooks having been brought before me for examination on the charge of insanity, and having heard the testimony of O. A. Ash and M. L. Pollard witnesses who have been acquainted with the accused, and Drs. H. H. Hughart and W. M. Schultz graduates in medicine and lawful practitioners in this State, and after a personal examination of the accused and being fully and sufficiently advised in the premises, am satisfied that the said Ross Brooks is insane and that by reason of such insanity is dangerous to be at large, and so far disordered in mind as to endanger health, person and property; and being further satisfied of the truth of said matters set forth in the certificate of said physicians hereto attached, therefore: IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Ross Brooks is insane, and that he be confined in the State Asylum for the Insane, at Phoenix, Arizona, until sufficiently restored to reason, or otherwise discharged according to law. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Sheriff of said County take said Ross Brooks, an insane person, and deliver him unto the custody of the Medical Superintendent of the State Asylum for the Insane at Phoenix, Arizona. Witness my hand this 26th day of May, A. D. 1923. Albert M. Sames,
