This street would become a one way street to motorized traffic and divided in half.
The East side of the street would be for cycling and other responsible modes of transportation.
At Third Avenue the lane would proceed East to Connaught Street for one block at which point it would become scenic and car-free while returning straight North past Alcan and then under or over the 401, eventually connecting our city to Little Cateraquai Creek Conservation Area and then Frontenac Provincial Park.
