Relax, live according to our beliefs, fight the system that is destroying the earth, take some time to think before acting, walk instead of drive hurriedly, walk mindfully, think more freely and be less tempted to overconsume, volunteer at community organizations, get active, take time working to save the environment (not a paid position), work a reasonable amount of time a day (4 to 5 hours) and spend the extra time developing inner peace,
