Grass Roots Aikido
Aikido is a word made up of three Chinese characters. The first "Ai" is the character for love. Ki (or "chi" [as in Tai Chi]) means "energy" and "Do or Tao" is "the way or path." This is the same character used in "Taoism".
Grass Roots Aikido is free. It is not a club but a group of people wishing to learn together through study and practice, outdoors on grass. Please join us and roll around with the worms and the Universe.
