All the food has gone from in The Great Valley. The Dinosaur become hungry, They all leave The Great Valley, they begin their jounrey to find more food. They rest for the night, but Littlefoot and his friends set off early in the morning to leave foot prints so that the grown ups can fallow their foot prints. But they get lost when they travel to an island they've never seen before. They find Green food, but they taste different. They get scared when they see a shadow sharptooth, until the shadow gets smaller. Littlefoot hears a voice. Littlefoot and his friends meet Chomper again. Littlefoot and his friends remember Chomper when he hatched (The Land Before Time II: The great Valley Adventure) Chomper also remembers Littlefoot and the rest, he persuades littlefoot and his friends to stay. They meet Chomper's Parents. But Littlefoot thinks that staying with Chomper and his Parents isn't such a good idea. Later on A Swimming dinosaur named Elsie rescue's Littlefoot and Chomer after they were knocked off the eade by T-rex. Elsie takes the children back to the other side of the sea back to their owners. Littlefoot and his friends say goodbye to Chomper and hope they will see him again soon.
Cera becomes an Auntie to Twins (Dinah + Dana) Cera's dad disciplins his daughter when she isn't taking care and watching the twins. They dissappear when they hear about Saurus rock, They heard about this as a story by Littlefoot's Grandpa. The reason that Saurus Rock exsisted was that years and years ago a Lone Dinosaur rescued a little dinosaur from danger with the T-rex. Then an Earthquake happens and a statue of a dinosaur starts to exsist. The Dinosaurs decide to call it Saurus Rock. Littlefoot has a dream about been on Saurus rock and he falls with a tooth on the saurus's neck, he wakes up and asks his Grandpa if something happened to Saurus rock, it would bring bad luck to The Great Valley. Littlefoot and the others meet the Lone Dinosaur (Doc) as he returns to The Great Valley. Doc rescue's Littlefoot a few times when he is in danger. Litttlefoot tells Doc not to go too far away when there is danger in The Great Valley. Doc tells Littlefoot that he already has a hero (His Grandpa)
Littlefoot has witnessed that he saw a flying rock, the Stone Of Cold Fire in the middle of the night. Petrie's Uncle Torano asks Littlefoot what he saw in the night. Ducky unsleeps in the night when she hears a plan from Torano. Ducky gets kidnapped and is been taken with Torano and co to find the Stone Of Cold Fire. Littlefoot and his friends set off to find Ducky and to get to the Stone Of Cold Fire before Torano finds it himself. Petrie's mother flys to find the children, she finds them with Torano and they all fly back to The Great Valley. Torano is been banished from The Great Valley by not returning until 5 Flying Rocks pass the smoking mountains.
The Great Valley has Snow for the first time. Spike meets another Spiketail named Tibby. they both get to know each other very well, but Ducky gets jealous as it would mean to her that Spike is spending less time with her and spending more time with someone else. Tibby's mother asks Spike's mother if he could go with Tibby and family to another place for a while. Spike's mother gives in by letting Spike go with Tibby's family, but that still makes Ducky jealous. Later on Ducky starts her journey to go and find Spike and to bring him back to The Great Valley. Littlefoot and his friends go on their journey to find Ducky, but they end up with Mr Thicknose, the oldest dinosaur. Mr Thicknose thinks that Littlefoot doesn't have any manners, but then he realise's that he's not so bad, Spike comes back to The Great Valley and then Ducky doesn't get jealous, no longer.
