Chocolate CocaCola Cake
Quantity/Servings:  8
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
2 sticks margarine (1 cup)
3 tbls cocoa
1 cup CocaCola
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Preparation:
Mix in bowl:
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
Heat to boiling:
2 sticks magarine
3 tbls cocoa
1 cup CocaCola
Add this to flour and sugar and stir well.
Add:
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Stir to blend.

Add:
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Pour into greased 9" X 13" glass pan
Bake:
350 degrees (40 minutes)
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with frosting (see below)
Chocolate CocaCola Cake Frosting
Ingredients:
1stick margarine
3 tbls cocoa
6 tbls CocaCola
1 lb powered sugar (3 1/2 cups)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
Preparation:
Spread on cake while hot.

Bring to boiling:
1 stick magarine
3 tbls cocoa
6 tbls CocaCola
Pour over:
1 lb powdered sugar
Mix well
Add:
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
