Rosie O'Gradys was conceived almost three years ago from two very basic ideas: One, to introduce Cusco to the flavour of Ireland and to the Irish traditions. Another, to help improve the standards of other bars and restaurants by being consistant with our own.
Since Rosie O'Gradys
opened on St. Patrick's Day, March 17th, 1999 we have been visited by locals
and tourists alike.
We hope this means we have got the balance right. The
atmosphere is one I hope my forefathers from County Cork would be proud of.
With great food, beverages
and live music, Rosie's is a force to be reckoned with.
